With my computer about 2 years ago i had Zoran's Soft DVD on it, but I haven't been able to get it to work and there was no Software reinstall CD with it! Now all it says is a load of jibberish in a pop-up box and won't start. I have never got it to work. Please help!

It has to be Soft DVD, we tried others and they won't run and DAD say's it has to be Soft DVD, because if another goes wrong, he will ban me.

Have you tried other Soft DVD programs? I have a Gateway and I have used many different types of Soft DVD players along with the Gateway software as well and they work just fine.

im afraid you will have a problem with a soft dvd program on a 2 year old computer, they all really need a 500mhz or above cpu to give them the power they need to play.ive had powerdvd running on a 300mhz but its not very good, also your graphics card plays a big part in what you see on screen.I under stand that for good playback you need a minimum 500 mhz cpu plus a 32mg graphics card.remember you can get a good hardware dvd card for about 50 bucks.Have a look at http://www7thzone.com you will find most of your answers there.
