Ok, I've finally decided to start wearing a cycle helmet. Why? Yester day, I was out for a cycle. I kinda tryed using a pile of gravel as a ramp and ended up landing on my head - I've bruised my sholder, grazed and bruised my ear, got a bruise on my face, grazes on both elbows, bruised my sholder, cuts on one arm, cuts on my neck and a very sore head. I really think someone up there is tryin' to tell me something about cycleing.... http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/wink.gif

Shame the jump went wrong - I'd jumped 2 1/2 metres, bike landed on the front wheel (completly nackered, needs replacement), bounced, and threw me onto tarmac. I'll just be buying a cyle helmet now........
