Anyone else had any problems ordering online from Staple's?

Our secretary at work had a horrific experience. She tried to order 2 Lexmark toner cartridges from them the other day. We have T3 lines at work and it took forever to move around on their website. Hit the SUBMIT button on order and waited for 20 minutes to get order in. Web site said 1 day delivery, waited 3 days and no toners. She tried 3 or 4 times to call and after 20-30 minute waits, she would finally hand up (with total frustration). Anyway, she finally got through to them on the phone. Was told that they did not stock the toner ordered and her order was cancelled. She got no email from them saying this, they said she should have gotten one.

Long story short, Staple's had this toner for 2/3 the price we could get them elsewhere, but we could not get them. Needless to say, there is no way I could get her to ever go back to Staples.com at any price.
