Goto Start->Programs->accessories->System tools->Disk Defragmenter

Just run that program and watch it work.

Well, there are a few ways to get there...

From the Start button, select Programs > Accessories > System Tools. See if the Defragment Drive program is listed under there. If not, try the next method....

Double-click on "My Computer" or whatever you've renamed it, and then right click on the drive you want to defragment. Select the Properties menu item.

When the Properties dialog pops up, there should be a tab labeled "Tools". Select it, and you should see a defragmenting area at the bottom of the dialog. If you don't have the defragmenting software installed, you'll see "No defragmentation tool is currently installed." You're outa luck if that's the case...If you have your Win95 CD, you should be able to add this feature.
