AM i missing something??? chipbgt 08-03-2000, 06:36 PM nope...not really. they are basically the same, except one looks "cooler." KAknight 08-03-2000, 06:40 PM chip is right - save you bucks. bhess 08-03-2000, 06:52 PM I think that the explorer is bigger and has an extra thumb button. SysOpt 08-03-2000, 08:04 PM We have a review of the Explorer, FYI. bhess nailed it... http://sysopt.earthweb.com/reviews/int-explorer/index.html [This message has been edited by SysOpt (edited 08-03-2000).] Warthog 08-03-2000, 08:21 PM Try them out sometime in Staples or something. Buy the one that fits your hand. If you are a lefty, get the Optical. Even if you aren't, the Explorer will fit your hand better IMO. I have one. Warthog jacobnero8196 08-03-2000, 10:28 PM Save your money and buy Logitech Optical mouse. I just bought one and it rocks. It comes with a 5 year warranty. It has all the features except the side buttons. It also only cost $29.95 at Best Buy. Warthog 08-03-2000, 10:35 PM I got my mouse for two reasons: (a)It had no ball (b)I liked it's size - little mice suck Logitech has a nice mouse that is quite long. I tried it out in Staples once and liked it very much. If only they made it with no ball... http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/frown.gif Warthog SysOpt.com
