Those are probably the hotfixes that are associated with the support.microsoft.com articles. I recognize teh Q###### in each directory. not sure how the FTP is organized though, since under windows 2000, there is an SP2 listed.

I also noticed that some of the files I downloaded are password protected zip files. Time to find a nice brute force app i guess http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/wink.gif
