Does Zone Alarm work in conjunction with the AOL browser on AOL 5.0? I installed Zone Alarm on a friend's pc and they run AOL 5.0 and use the AOL Browser for surfing the net. There is no problem with any of the AOL functions( Chat Rooms, Shopping, Etc..) However, when he goes to use the AOL Browser, it does not function. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried ZoneAlarm FAQ's? They also respond to email questions.

neillie what OS are they using? I just installed AOL 5.0 with Win2k with ZA loaded also and had the same problem with the AOL browser not working but installed on a comp with Win98 and ZA no problems at all. Both were set on the highest security settings. If that is or is not the case--- try to lower the security settings as suggested in the link Rampage provided.
