Edit: I just remembered this: I looked close at the board and there was a pattern of tiny areas of the PCB where it showed a metallic part. The diagrams such as the voltage, etc. had that metallic part exposed so some of the writing wasn't readable (ex. SDRAM had bits of the printing off). I guess scourge OC'd the FSB too much b/c these areas were only around the VIA northbridge chip.
