Okay i'm new to these heres a link to one it's not the one i have but it looks the same and is ISA version not the PCI version they show.

Looking at Price watch and everywhere else for mine and i cannot find it! It has nothing for name brand or FCC id: So this is the best i can do.
Hope it gives you all an idea as to what it is!
Not sure what these go for but the one i'm showing is close to one hundred dollars. So shoot me a number or a trade for this unit.
But so i don't have yah guessing i'm looking at around $60.00 or an interesting trade!
