That is indeed the very first time I have seen one of these.

Do you think it's somewhat like the differences between a normal agp slot and the agp pro???

the wierd thing is that these slots are not new

they have been around for some time
but never been put on a board before

i think that MSI or maybe it was ASUS
had them on their i820 board

i think they are called PCI X2 why is not so hard to understand

Does the PCI need 66 Mhz? At least for now?

well if it has 66mhz

then it will have more bandwith
this might be good for videoediting cards and other highend hardware

also PCI-33 will work in PCI-66 from what ive heard
