I am looking for three 128MB modules of the highest quality RAM out there to fit into a Sony VAIO PCV-210. Ideally, Intel Server certified CL2 ECC PC133 3.3v unbuffered that is backwardly compatible and can run at the 66MHz memory bus speed would be nice. Some PC133 memory is backwards compatible according to knowledgeable sources. Backward compatible PC100 and even PC66 (all with the same general specifications) is also acceptable at a reasonable price. Passing Intel's FULL functionality test for the Intel AL440LX Motherboard as tested by Intel or the memory manufacturer is also desirable but not absolutely essential. Passing the BASIC test would probably suffice or meeting the overall specifications that will allow it to run properly and stably at the 66MHz speed should also suffice. NEC's 128MB modules with part number: MC4516CC724F-A10 (ECC), passed the FULL test. I believe that some of Samsung's 128MB modules also passed the FULL functionality test as well as tested by Samsung. Any and all assistance appreciated.
