I need someone that will try to fix a bad flash on a motherboard. It is a MSI K7T Pro 2-A. It doesn't even post. I know there is a way or equipment that might fix this. I am not rich as I just had to buy another mobo. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/frown.gif It doesn't matter if you try & it still doesn't work. I just hate to see the thing lying around without having been tried to be fixed.

correct me if i'm wrong but if you already have a replacement board, couldnt you just order a new bios chip,you will get it eventually. just a thought http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

I didn't know that was an option. Who would I contact?? MSI? Please let me know some more information if you have any.

this is actually the wrong forum to find out. but i'm sure your bios is removeable.

i did a did a bad flash once. i called abit costed me 14 bucks for a new bios chip. be sure you have the special tool to lift it out of its holder. works like a champ now

You can get new biochips from (or send yours for correct flashing) here: http://www.badflash.com
