Rack mount cases come in both AT and ATX flavors. The form factor sets the standard for both the case and the board. If you have the case, then pick a matching mobo.

A more thrifty solution is to get a rack shelf and use a horizontal desk mount case.

Sometimes rack mount cases use passive mobos -- mobos that are composed of just plug in sockets. These mobos accept non-standard processor/memorey cards as well as standard AGP/PCI/ISA cards.

Make sure that the one you're partial to buying has the proper cut-outs for the ATX I/O connections (KB, mouse, COMs, etc.) before you buy it. Otherwise, it's only useable after a lot of surgery!!
