I had a keen interest in finding one too, and found out they are very hard to come by.
I went on EBay last night, found a few and one had 20 min. to go. I watched it and at the last possible second, fired in my bid for $72.01 and got it. It's a brand new K6-III+/450. I'm really lookin forward to getting that chip into my DFI mobo.

Check out EBay, it seems to be the only place where you can find em.
