FT: USR Courier 56k

I have a USR Courier corporate modem for trade. All I really want is a stick of 64MB PC100. This modem is actually a 33.6 modem but upgraded to a 56K. Included are the ac adapter, brand new serail cable, and a cd with the latest drivers on it. These modems sell for $40-$60 dollars on eBay so this is a steal.

If you would take two 32-megabyte PNY PC100 DIMMs instead of a 64-megabyte PC100 DIMM, let me know.
