My Slot 1 mobo+Slocket for your Socket 370

Hey all, i have an A-Trend 6240 (Specs at http://www.a-trend.com/atc6240v-01.html ) with an Abit Slocket !!!. I had my celemine 533a@800 solid, with all the pci and the agp slot filled, and running 4 ide devices with 256mb ram and not a single whine out of it. But i would like to trade it for a socket 370 based board that supports agp4x and has 5 pci. Thats about it, email me or reply to this with any questions!

I've got an MSI-5169 V. 4.0 motherboard that supports 4 PCI devices, 3 ISA, 2X AGP, and will run a K6-2+ processor. (My current chip is a K6-2+ 500 @ 600, 2.1 volts).

It's not quite as powerful as what you're looking for, but it's a good board--plus its got the best Sandra scores for a Socket7 system I've seen on Sysopt (one that's not OCced anyway).

If you're interested or want to deal, let me know. I might even be willing to throw the K6-2+ in, if the deal was right...
