Attention! keithq the processor you sold me is bad!!

Hey Keith the 600E processor I received does not work please contact me immediately so that we can arrange for a refund. Been building systems for 2 years and I know for a fact that something happened to the processor either during or before shipping and definately not here. Please send mail to both accounts so that we are 100% sure it goes through.
I would appreciate a quick response so that I may get another processor ordered somewhere.

same old board, same old stuff. I'de like to see the outcome of this. I was under the impression that this type of thing was suppose to be handled another way. maybe I should hold off on tradeing here awhile.

until, things change to a better way of dealing between traders.

I'll deal with you any time you have something I need. I done a deal with a person that had the worst rateing at heat I had ever seen. and after I talked with him. I made the deal for 100.+ and the dael was fawlless.

so, I hope people don't read this and take it wrong on your part. there are always two sides to ever deal.

why was this even posted and not handled betwen the parties by email and if problems arose then bring it here?!!!??

if you have a problem with a deal then send an email asking for satisfaction...there is no rule book in trading online but there is a code of ethics that most people adhere to and will follow....there is a post called trading tips...please for every-one here go read it first before doing any trading here..

And quentrm250 we understand what you're going thru but you gotta be more sensitive on how you handle things. No one like's their reputation to be torn apart. A simple email would have been more appropriate to give the other party @ least a chance to respond before resolving to extreme measures.

It could have been worse. For example Quenterm could have emailed Keith telling him to pretend it never happened and that Quenterm has learned his leason from that situtation. Then without giving Keith a warning, Quenterm could have posted a negative eval on Keith at Heatware.

Keith has refunded my money! Before you guys go jumping all over me why don't you read my original message. I never called keithq a crook or said he was trying to rip me off. I simply was trying to find the quickest way to resolve our problem. I received an email from keithq the next morning asking for my phone number. I told him I would be busy for the rest of the weekend but he could sure try to get a hold of me and I provided my phone number. Keithq and I talked on the phone later that day and he told me that my money had already been refunded and as far as I am concerned keithq is one he!! of a good trader/seller. I wouldn't hesitate a second to deal with him again. Anyone that stands behind something that they sale like he did deserves much credit.
It was only my intention to get a hold of Keithq as quick as possible don't read anything more into a post than exactly what it says. You guys all jumped to conclusions and I am sorry if something was worded incorrectly but I really don't know how I could have made it more clear.
THANKS AGAIN KEITHQ!!!! ---nice to know there still some good honest people left in this world.

glad that it has all a happy ending. and like they say. there is two sides to every story. and saveing a copy of the e-mails is a great ideal. I have saved every deal I have ever made for the last 11 yrs ect. on tape.hdd,1.4's,and two extra cloned hdd. plus printouts ect.

that way I could always produce them if ever needed to be done in any sort of fashion. or if someone wanted a copy of them ect for a review. which I have done before concering my trades. like I've always said.

I run my trades like I run my business's. flawless if I help it. and I didn't mean to judge either side. I was just posting from what I first saw posted. forgive me. if I have stepped over the line in anyway.
