I'm interested in buying a friend's Eurocom 5100C laptop. He bought it new, so we know what he paid but neither of us know what a reasonable price is now, a year later.
It's got a 12.1" Active Matrix Display, S3 ViRGE 4meg video, Celeron 400MHz proc, 64meg memory, 5.75gig HD, 24X CD, USB connector, printer, AC adapter, Windows 98 and a bunch of games.
On the downside it's got a minor scratch on the right edge of the screen, another minor one on the lid, and the AC adapter jack is loose, but working.
We're hoping that some of you guys can help us to determine what 'fair market value' is for a unit like this one.

I would say around 60%-70% of CURRENT MARKET PRICE. Seeing how it is a bit abused, prolly arond 65%.

My off the head guess would be $800-$925.
