F.S. - 333A Celeron Slot 1 processor - $40

I just got a slotket working with an upgrade processor so now I have one retail Celeron 333 MHz (333A) Slot 1 processor for sale.
Retail processors include the fan and heat sink.
I used the 333a processor from February 1999 until October 2000.
I was told by someone that the 3-year Intel retail processor warranty is not transferrable.
I never overclocked the processor.
Send me a money order (shipped the next day) or check (shipped when check clears) for $40 and I will pay U.S.P.S. shipping and the 35 cent U.S.P.S. delivery notification fee within the United States.

Assuming that a potential buyer comes through as promised, I have this processor sold.
The potential buyer insisted on C.O.D. and promised to pay the extra cost ($4), which seems a little unusual for a low-cost item in my very limited experience in selling components.
