I am interested in selling a Diamond Fire GL 4000 PCI video card. This card has 15 MB of 3D RAM and 16 MB CDRAM.

I recently bought the card to run under NT4, but later learned (with much difficulty) it must be installed with SP3 in place. Unfortunately, I am running SP6a. It should work great with Win2000, but I am not ready to go there yet.

i dont think this card will work with win2000. there is no win2k driver for this card. check <A HREF="http://www.bethecreator.com." TARGET=_blank>http://www.bethecreator.com.</A>

edit win2k, and not win3k.

Drivers for Win2K are available at:
http://www.diamondmm.com/default.asp?menu=support&sub_menu=Legacy_FireGL&item=drivers&product=FireGL_4000

I have ran this card on a friends PC running Win2K without any problems.

How much? And interested in any trades?

The card is easily worth $100.

I would consider trading for a 16 MB PCI video card which will function under NT4 SP6a

Want an Elsa Erazor X 16MB PCI Video Card w/ TNT chip then? I don't have a driver disk, but I'll burn you one from this site:

I might be interested.

When looking at www.elsa.com, (http://www.elsa.com,) the erazor x is listed as a 32 MB AGP card. How old is the 16 MB PCI card you have?

I am not sure of the proper etiquette, but perhaps we should continue this through email? I can be reached at daniewicz@hotmail.com

Oh wait! It's an Erazor II card! Sorry about that. Anyway, I was looking for your e-mail earlier. I'll send you mail.

I have agreed to a trade with tangluva, so the card is no longer available.

my apology. however, that driver is dated back in 1998, so if it really works in win2k, great.
