The complete package includes the camera, two AA batteries, a 4 meg Smartmedia card, a carrying case, wrist strap, drivers disc and serial cable.
My personal impression of the camera is that it's a great camera at a good price. It takes hi res pics at 1280 x 960 and low res ones at 1024 x 768. It has a macro feature for extreme close ups, a self-timer, and the usual flash/no flash/auto feature. It's a simple camera, very compact and lightweight. There isn't an LCD on it, but that was a feature I could live without. Battery life was pretty good (uses two AA batteries) since there wasn't an LCD and I used a Smartmedia card reader to transfer the pics rather than the serial cable.
I would definitely recommend picking up a separate USB card reader since the pics tend to be kinda big at high res, and serial ports are a miserable way to transfer data. Not looking for trades at this time, since I need the cash pretty badly. The 4 meg card can store about 24 pics at high resolution. I don't know how many it stores at low res since I take all my pics at 1280 x 960. 32 meg cards would be kinda excessive (IMO), but just for a point of reference, they seem to be going for around $55-$60 shipped on the forums in case you need that much capacity.
The only trades I am interested in at this time are for a 64 meg smartmedia card or an external USB cd burner.
