BTW, I just recently purchased this memory and it's ideally suited for a server (was originally intended for an i840 mobo), but I decided to go ahead and pop for some HSDRAM.

Anyone who's interested in making a reasonable offer on these?

Exactly why I'm stumped as to why there isn't anyone in the market for some high quality ram for almost $100 off the retail price.

FYI Crucial is asking $344.78 shipped for the exact same memory.

That is a great price really,if you were around with it a week ago I would have jumped on it for my friend speed-freak,I think you will find that most of us do not need ECC though.

But wowsa that is really a **** good price now that I think about it.........sell it at anandtech forums...it will go in a flash I bet

unfortunately by the time I decided to go ahead and get the HSDRAM I'd already had the Crucial stuff for 5 weeks. But thanks for the advice! I'll check out Anandtech.

Yeah, I thought the price was good too... I really would like to get the Adaptec 29160 card but don't have the cash at the moment, thus the trade offer.
