WTB: Parts for a backup system

I have an ATX case lying around and I decided to build a backup system. Here's what I need:

CPU: Retail Boxed K6 200-300
Motherboard: Asus TX97-X or Iwill XA100
Video Card: 4MB PCI card
Hard drive: 2-3GB IDE in perfect condition
Sound Card: Sound Blaster 16 ISA
Memory: Crucial 64MB PC100 CAS 2
CD-ROM: At least 8x IDE
