Looking @ around $110US shipped for the P3.

As far as the celemine goes, I only need the bare chip but if you've got a slocket and heatsink/fan combo that will do also.

Looking @ around $130US shipped for just the bare chip -OR- $152US shipped for the whole cpu/slocket/heatsink/fan combo.

No need for alpha's, peltier's, golden orb, or any fancy cooling stuff, I don't believe in extreme cooling for P3's especially since the new 0.18micron cpu's are barely warm to the touch.
