It's 600 watts x 2 @ 4ohm.
Bridge it for 1200 watts @ 4 ohm.

I have had this for about 5 years and used it once. I dont have the manual for it, but you can d-load it off of Peavey's website here. http://www.peavey.com/media/pdf/searchmanuals/cs1200.html

I was thinking around $500 + shipping.
