Folks, a friend of mine is desperately seeking Susan. No that's not right!!! He's desperately seeking a Pentium II 300 or 333. Well, maybe not desperately, more like he really wants one to upgrade his system and unfortunately his MoBo will only handle up to a PII 333. Does anyone out there have one sitting around collecting dust? He would prefer the 333 of course, if possible, for a decent price. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

New development!!! After research he has discovered that his MoBo will support up to a 500Mhz Celeron, so I think he's gonna go after one of the faster Slot 1 Celerons or a 500 with a slocket! So all you folks with higher speed (stock!) slot 1 as well as PPGA Celerons that are gathering dust let's hear from ya!

New update: Loaned him my Celeron 500 and generic slocket last night just to try and now he wants a Celeron 500 BAAAD!!! If anyone out there has a Celeron 500 for a decent price please let me know so I can get my gear back!!!LOL!!!

I didn't even think to suggest flashing the BIOS - thanks! I'll talk to him this morning and find out. Thanks again!

Sorry Gene - fresh outta hubs! HeHe! But I could use a lead on any used AOpen AX64 Pro MoBo's, 128MB PC133 DIMMs, or any Voodoo3 3000 w/tv out. That's all I need to get started assembling my system - and the celery 500 that DainBrammage is using. Aw the hell with it - I'll just go use DainBrammage's computer!LOL I'll save some money too! LMAO!
