oh yah, this cpu comes with the following: cpu, plastic case, heatsink, fan, thermal grease already put on core, 3 year warranty from intel, and installation instuctions. this cpu was a boxed processor, but i(wtf) dont have the box since the manufacturer of my computer built it and took the box, but gave me (wtf, not me (wtp) the warranty and installtion instructions. will oc to 560 w/o problems. 620 not stable without proper cooling, great for people watercooling!!! and only used for less than a year http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif c'mon it's a good deal, trade or sell for 203 dollars ( i don't know why "wtf" made it a very precise price ) and oh yeah, he sed its already been burned in at 2.3 volts with 160 hours of seti, so you dont need to burn in once you get it.
