I've got a 128mb edo memory card that's in my Toshiba Tecra 730xcdt if you're interested. Its a card that fits into a slot at the bottom of the laptop.

No dice Plucky, the 320CT(my unit)only supports 96MB max and it already has 32 onboard. Also the slot can only a smaller sized SODIMM, the larger ones won't physically fit. Don't know what the engineers at Toshiba were thinking when they designed this slot.
