Anyone interested in IBM ViaVoice Web Millenium Edition w/ Microphone?

I have IBM Viavoice Web Millenium (brandnew, sealed).

This software lets you do all of the things that regular does (dictate into word etc.)+ it lets you talk into chat programs and your email!

It retails for $80, but I was hoping to let it go for $40 shipped. And I'll include a nice Koss microphone.

I've been looking for this software, but I wasn't about to pay $80 for it (although from what I've heard, it's almost worth it)

Would you be willing to do any trades?
I've got a 1 month old Logitech MouseMan Wheel USB mouse (great 4 button mouse; I have an Intellimouse Explorer now for the optical sensor, but I loved my Logitech) with mouse, box, and software. I'll pay shipping on both.
