Maybe he'd be willing to let it go for the right price. He's saying $50 shipped. I know it may sound high, but hey he's a cheapskate what can I say.

It can be clocked up to 464mhz stable.

Hmmmm...the going rate for a celeron 400 is in the $65 to $70 range.
