Title says it all. Lookin' to spend around $50-$65 on the 64mb ram. Must be able to do 150mhz FSB or higher @ either cas2 or cas3.

Got a rare 32mb Siemens PC100 7.5ns SDRAM that goes all the way up to 140mhz.
Asking price is $40 shipped.

Interested parties must be able to ship to Canada since I'm Canadian.

Yeah I now, siemens does make some pretty good ram sticks. I was surprised @ how my 32mb siemens stick could rock all the way up to 140mhz!!!

Most PC100 sticks stop somewhere near 124mhz-130mhz. Sorry, but I really need the 150mhz capability for overclocking my P3-600e.
Thanks for your offer anyways...

Are these really that hard to find?

Only place I know that sells 7ns sticks are Micron. But don't wanna go there yet as they're charging an arm and a leg for shipping ($15) http://www.sysopt.com/forum/frown.gif
