Just saw a 3com USR 56k pcmcia modem with the same cellular ready feature going for $330Cdn/$225US @ a local FutureShop store.
I'm having a bit of a trouble gettin' the modem to work with my old Pentium laptop. Thought I'd sell this one and get an older one that might just work with mine.
Didn't check pricewatch...too lazy.
If the price sounds outrageous then give me a shout, its negotiable.
