5 weeks ago I RMA'd a P3 700 to Intel and I never received my replacement yet. I called them about 9 days ago and told them I never received my P3 700 yet. He said he would look into it. Today I called again. She says that they don't have any in stock and doesn't know when they'll have more. She also says that I'll have priority when they arrive. I asked her if they could ship to me a P3 750 instead but she says it has to be the exact same one. 5 weeks and no replacement at my door. Is all this bull or should I beleive Intel?

I have little experience RMAing pewter stuff, but lots on Generation equiptment. Did you use UPS or FED/EXP or RPS? I hope so, get the tracking number and who signed for it and the day recd at Inte. THEN start climbing the ladder finding out why a company like them doesn't find your business valuable, after all you have over 10,000 friends at sysopt you can tell and over 26,000 at the OTHER board.. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif DrVette

Thats wrong.
Call them again and ask for a supervisor.
There website states same day shipment with 1 or 2 day shipping time. (based on the day they recieve the defective item). http://support.intel.com/services/warranty/index.htm
