i have a celeron 300A with Step Yukon peltier cooler guaranteed to 450 MHz. It has lifetime warranty. i havent used it much

Don't need a 300 celeronA -Already have one (came with comp) My motherboard only supports up to a 333. (trying to get a pentuim II 333) but a slot 333 celeron would do. Thanks for replying any how.

Well Stooge, I dont have a 333 to sell you, sorry, but really moving from 300 -> 333 is NOT going to show barely any performance difference. A few FPS faster MAYBE, your best bet would be to get a cheaper new MB and like a Celeron, maybe a Soyo 6VBA for $80, and the Celeron 400 or maybe 500.

You might look into a BIOS update to support faster chips. I know my little slot 1 PCChips board only goes up to 366MHz now, but with an update it'll take a 400 Celeron.
