I recently completed a sale with Daveleau on a sealed copy of Win98SE full version and couldn't be happier! Dave cross-shipped without hesitation, provided me with the delivery confirmation number and kept in touch throughout the entire transaction. This gentleman is a class act! I've been burned before and had some hard times on other transactions but I've never had one go so smoothly and quickly. I attribute this to Daveleau's experience in these matters and to a much larger degree his honesty and decency. I've found that the vast majority of the members on this forum exhibit the same fine qualities and although I'm a "boot" compared to you Dave hopefully I can someday have a reputation a fraction as good as yours. I second that statement. Dave is one many *good guys* around here. I keep on sayin' this Dave, you sure do have the guts to get me that geforce, especially when I haven't one reference on elite nor did you ask for references in this forum. I applaud you for that and really appreciate your trust in me, it really does mean a lot.

Unlike this guy I'm dealin' with. We're in for a deal to trade his laptop for some of my stuff. The negotiation process took a whole week, and no, things aren't really finalized yet. This must be the longest and most boring deal I've gotten myself into.
I hate people who drag and drag and drag things on forever.

Get your **** in there, do what you need to do quickly, and get your **** outta here. Now that's how I like it.

I'll third it! Have dealt with Dave twice now, the first time he shipped a digital camera to me with no references other than our contacts here, as it was one of my fist deals. He's first-class, for sure.


There are many excellent and totally trustworthy traders here. Done a bunch over the last few months with only one serious hassle, which was shipping damage, NOT the trader's fault!
