i have a amega trends motherboard that will accept a pga370 or a slot 1 chip. ultra-66, PC-133 SDRAM. most everything is built into the board, it comes with a 56k v.90 modem, SIS 620 8megs AGP video, sound, USB and ps/2 support, ethernet card, 1 isa or 1 pci. with a 250watt mid tower case and 3.5 floppy. asking $100.00 shipped with insurnace.
