Check out the FIC 503+. I currently use one with 64megs of EDO RAM, but it also supports PC100 chips for future upgrade. It has 4simm/2dimm slots,3PCI,3ISA,1AGP(2x) slot. Mine can run at 66,75,83,95,100 FSB. It supports 112/124 FSB, but is not guaranteed to run at that. Mine runs fine at 112, but not 124.
