Wanted: TV/video capture card

I am looking for a TV in/out card w/ good video capture for mpeg encoding. Anyone have one they are not using and would like to get a little cash for?

scfarley, can you give me some specs on it? Does it have mpeg encoding software? Can I hook my VCR up to it?

I also have stb desktop tv card. Great card if my tv dies. Got more channnels with it then my cable box. great vidcap. take it for the $40 someone offered. btw it has a problem with ATI's but not Matrox or Diamond.

I've got the same STB TVPCI Tuner/capture card and I'll take the same $40 US + shipping. Check their website for specs. And he's right, they don't get along well with ATI prods.
