Anybody have a slot cd-rom? Do you like it? I just looked a pricewatch and couldn't find one any links also?

Pioneer had a slotload 10 X 40 DVD (aka Hi-Val) but I could never find anyone that had them, I think id like the slot instead of tray design as my drive is about 12" above my head and it would be easier to load, the 10x has been replaced by I believe an 18x, try Pioneers or Hi-Vals website... http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

I have Pioneer 36x or 40x cdrom. I cant remember which. Its pretty nice. The only drawback I can see is not being able to play those mini-disc's. Although the only time I have had those were sales pitches anyway. I looked where I bought mine and they dont stock them anymore.
