It comes with all the retail stuff, cables, software,and manuals. Sorry no original box.
The only reason I'm thinking about selling it is because I got a new one for X-mas.
I got it only 2 months ago at Best Buy for $300. I'll let it go for $220 shipped. Sorry I'm not flexable on that price. I'll replace the 8mb with a 32mb for an extra $65.
