hey guys, just wanted to update you on the packages. Codybear's and Commodsquads package both went out tonight, ill be able to get the tracking numbers tomorrow night. I have to send illogiks friday morning because I dont have a box big enough at home....which is prob better because someone who knows how to pack a computer case better than me will get it done =)

Hey guys, sent the hdd and the cdrom out friday morning 2 day air. I dont have the tracking numbers posted yet because The company I work for just switched from ups to FedEx so I will ave to get there. As for the case im still trying to find somewhere that has a box tall enough for it (im not very near any ups or fedex centers, im out in the sticks) but Sunday I have one more place to check and if they do ill send it overnight.

Im so tired, Just got home from a friends wedding (its a little before 3 am here eastern time) and im ready for some sleepy time. Ill write tomorrow. thanks.

Hey, chipbgt... I emailed you as well... but when I recently traded the 32x away (I hadn't tested it in a machine of mine yet) I got an email stating that it was a 2X cdrom drive and not! a 32x... as stated here "Illogik has first shot at the DIMM memory(20) the smaller hard drive (20) and the case w/mobo and 32Xcdrom (35)"

I'm not mad... these things happen... I just need to get a 32x cdrom drive to the person I traded it too... If you don't have one please send me enough cash ($25) to get one...

check the manufacture date on it? I had two spare drives, one was a 32 and one was a 24, and I assumed the newer one was a 32. And I trust you if you said it wasnt running up to speed, but I dont really know who this other person is so I cant speak for them. I thought you were going to use it for a system you were building?

I seriously doubt this was either of the two... it tested as a 2x in SiSoft Sandra 99 Standard... and was manufactured in April of 1995.....?? hello!

I believe you'll do the right thing... I sent you mail telling you how you can rectify the situation... lmk asap!!!
