Soopa, I'd be interested in buying the RAM and definitely the case if you are planning on splitting up the package.
Thanks

Well, If I can't get what I am asking for it, then I will have to split it up. I have had a few offers for $500+ on it thru my email. One other thing about the case, The front of it has 4 5.25" bays, two 3.5" bays (one has a floppy) and it also have some holes in the bottom for ventilation. I took a 1/8" (I think....) drill bit and enlarged them to make the air flo wbette.r Looks nicer too http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

I'd be interested in the 4.3gig if it was 7200rpm... and had no bad sectors... (or very few)

There are no bad sectors--that I know of. Actually the 4.3 is brand new, never been installed. The Maxtor is under a year old so its got the full warranty still. The CD Rom is under a year too, i think. The processor and motherboard are Retail (not OEM) and carry a three year warranty (which i think have a year left from intel).

if you wait for people to come back from Christmas I'm sure you will sell the whole thing as a system...dam good price for it..just my opinion
SoopaStar - DO NOT part out that box!
I know somebody who is seriously looking in that range, and I'm not far from you according to your profile!
I'm in St Louis County, about 50 miles from you (I think)

I have goten quite a few emails lately on the system. I am going out of town from the 28th (Tuesday) until January 3rd. I will be checking this board and my email from ther e(Cincinatti).
I guess I will be taking the best offer on the PC...not sure how to do this.

Quick point:
The modem is not a PCI modem, its a ISA modem (Which I personally like better--but it is a Xoom from Best Buy). There is also a slot fan cooler (sucks the air out).
