i need a working motherboard - socket 7 - for my amd k6-2 450. minimum req.:

2.4 cpu voltage
2 dimm slots
2 pci slots
100 mhz bus
4.5 multiplier

can be AT or ATX. please let me know what you have and how much you would want for it. thanx!
