I need a psu for a epox mobo with a t-bird, how big should it be? The website recommends anything bigger than 430 watts.

How about a Seventeam 300BLV 300w http://www.servercases.com/Rackmountcases.html
Recomended up to 1.4 GIG.
Very good PSU.

Since the T-Birds draw so much power,40-60
watts,(someone please verify),a 300watt PSU
should be your minimum - a good 300watt.In
a comparison several months back, the Antec 300W excelled.
A lot also depends on how many devices, fans,
etc.,you will have connected.
I like the Enermax units, but heard that
Sparkle PSU's are OK.There are others that
are AMD approved - check their site.
Depending on your budget,anything greater
than 300watts will also start costing you
more money.I'm running an Enermax 431watt
PSU,which I really like.($85 + shipping).
Hope this helps.

Anyone recommending a PSU for an Athlon should read this (http://www.sysopt.com/forum/Forum3/HTML/012275.html) .

How many MHz is the CPU?

How's this? It includes the case and a 500watt psu. Pretty sweet huh? CLICK ME (http://www.webuildpcs.com/wbpc/CAS016.html)
It should handle anything I throw at it.
They didn't list the stock speed, but it has been tested within these ranges, 1.58-1.7ghz.

I think 500W should cut it. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif
