I've heard good things about Photoshop Elements but was uwilling to pay its $99.99 list price. Here's a way to pay less than 1/4 of that price.

Less $50.00 - 1/2 price coupon as above taken at the register.
+ $4.00 CA sales tax
- $30.00 mail in rebate*
+$ .34 postage to send in rebate
+ waiting for the rebate
EQUALS final cost of $24.33
