i wanted to order something from a store called cyberguys.com.

anybody ever order anything from them?
would you recommend using them?

I have never bought anything from them, but they have a decent rating at http://www.resellerratings.com/c.html with a 6.3 rating out of a possible 7.0, so they look pretty good to me. I would order from a company with a 5 or better rating.

Just remember that rating is only from 20 people. So you might want to actually read all of them to see why they some where not happy. IMHO, I usually feel that company's with high ratings need at least 50 votes.

I've bought little things from them a couple times. They're excellent. Shipped USPS, and got here fast. Never had to return anything thouh

They're not bad on the small stuff. I think it is better if you call them and have their catalog in front of you because you are dealing with sales and shipping personal. If they say backordered and you wanted yesterday....smile...go some place else

I ordered from them a few times and have been completely happy with them.
One time, I ordered a bunch of stuff, and 2 of the items were back ordered and they said should ship soon. A week later, I got a letter in the mail, saying that it could take 2-3 weeks and they gave me the option of cancelling the items. I didnt , and 10 days later received the items.

I think im going to go give them a good review now...and get them closer to 50 http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

They are a small company and give you a bit better customer service than I have had elsewhere.
