OEM CPUs - 30 days (as described with the item) warranty covers defective exchange for like item only - (For OEM CPUs). CPU purchased without a fan are sold as-is and is sold with no exchange, no refund policy.
The way I read it is that if you buy it with a fan you have 30 days but if you don't buy a fan, you get 0 days.
