The 760 should be better because it's made by AMD for their own freakin' processors http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

DDR & SMP support too... http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

Thats what I used to think, but Via has been doing chipsets
for many years, and recently their KX133 and such have proven to be Good full featured Athlon chipsets .
so You cant really go wrong with them.

But didn't the kx133 turn out top be incompatable with the new thunderbird chips? Might be confused, too many numbers and Ks and stuff.

Via's KX133 doesn't support GeForce cards well.

AMD's 760 does.
