car chargers for cells......$8.88

I went into Target today and picked up a charger for my cell phone for $8.88, all of them were on sale. I thought that was a good deal, I haven't seen them for less than $20.00 until today.

I called my local target, and they said they didn't have a sale like that going on.

Maybe it's just store to store?
