CyberRebate.com, Inc., an on-line retailer headquartered in Long Island, NY, filed for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11 in the Eastern District of New York at 10 a.m. today.

As of the filing time, CyberRebate.com suspended operations on its Web site.

It's about time!!

the Chapter 11 thing should actully be taken out of the constitution. All of these *** +oles are using it to get huge amounts of money from the public and when it's time to pay it back.... they just file for bankruptcy... it's too easy. And they still get to keep the money (most people dont realise this is what they actually do), because it's all in the name or "ownership" of somebody else. They use all the money to buy real estate and stocks and stuff for their wives and children and other "keepers" who "keep" it until the court allows him to go "bankrupt" and then they use their "pauper billions"

I hate these Fu+++s. That option should be completely removed from the constitution. They should sell their lives and give people's money back. That's what the court has to say. Another big example is FreeDSL (winfire)
